Shipping Methods & Rates

• USPS First Class – Flat rate $6 (Standard Shipping).

• DHL Express – Flat rate $25 (Faster Shipping).

Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 10 business days, unless otherwise specified.

• If an item is marked “PREORDER”, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing before dispatch.

• In case of any delays, we will notify you via email to arrange accommodations.

Delivery Responsibility & Support

• Once your order is handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or any third-party courier), Radianta is not responsible for delays or lost packages.

• However, we will always do our best in good faith to assist you with any shipping issues. If you experience any problems, please reach out, and we will help however possible.
